I really loved my time living at Kenwood Village. It was extremely convenient and very walkable with commercial development, restaurants, and coffee, shops, and even incredible hiking trails just minutes away. The facility itself was kept up very well, in particular, the gym, the community room, and public spaces. Nate and Polly had extremely good customer service and were always willing to help out with maintenance or other issues. Overall, I was very impressed.

I have lived in many apartments over the last 20 years, but Kenwood is far and away the best. Been here since June 2025 and don't intend to leave. Close, as in 5 minutes, to grocery store, and other stores I patronize. Parking is good, all under a roof, so winter weather is never an issue. Tenants span a wide age range and are very nice. Very quiet. I am in a studio apartment that is just perfect for me. Plenty of room for all my stuff and easy for me to maintain. Property manager, Nathan, keeps everything running smoothly and is quick to respond to questions or concerns I might have. I have crossed paths with many property managers and Nathan is the gold standard. Polly keeps this place looking quite nice. When friends or family visit I am proud to show this place off. Polly is also very quick to respond to questions I may have. Package deliveries are secure as is the building. I have zero complaints. Do yourself a favor and check Kenwood out.

Overall great place to live! Nate was a huge help whenever we needed something fixed, looked at, etc. and he manages the property extremely well! The building itself always felt safe and was clean! I especially appreciated the mail system with secured lockers for packages and the heated parking for cold winter mornings along with knowing there is a lot of cameras and a security system installed! The location of this property is also great and is honestly so close to so much of the city! Would definitely recommend living here!
